Yes, and was told that there are less dolls in the higher groups which is why you see the same ones over and over. Which doesn't exactly make sense considering the amount of people who play this game.

Also, you need to collect a full "set" of 3 tiles in order to claim the partnership reward. The ones you have are highlighted and the ones you need appear faded. Once you get a full set, there will be a collect button for that set.

You get partnership tiles from daily boxes/gift boxes. The gym items you can only get if you own the gym business. The partnerships labeled VIP need a VIP subscription in order to get them

You can only change their facial features, not their skin color. You do that by finding them under your contacts and tapping the gift button next to their avatar.
