Problem region 1

Hello, I've a problem. I'm bloked on region 1 after only 2 missions. I need a rifle with à zoom 12 and 76,7 of stability but I need 2000 gold!!! Is it normal? Because I can't do anything, aslo is the beguining of the game! Can I hâve a solution ? Please.
