Crashing on startup

Similarly to other threads, I'm crashing upon starting to load my game. I've followed the directions given in the FAQ and the responses to my support tickets. The android/obb folder is empty within my phone, Galaxy S4 running Jelly Bean 4.2.2, so I can only clear one of the two data packs the FAQ mentions. My game attempts to update and crashes instantly, anyone have a solution for this yet?
