unable to fully download update in Deer Hunter

1st off - Awesome game. I have been playing it for a while now. I am while estiablished and defeated region 5.

Tech support - A buddy of mine recommended I download the new update to play region 6. So I opened my Ipad mini to the deer hunter 2014 while it was connected to the wireless, the app immediately said it needed to download an update. I have seen this before with the halloween update and many other times, and they all have worked great. Except for this time the download never finished. The update progress bar went about 3/4 the way complete and then nothing ever happens after that. I have rebooted the device only hoping for the ability to access the game and it went right back to the downloading update and went 3/4 the way through and stopped.

I have alot of time and some money invested in the game and I dont want to lose that. What can I do?
I am very new to this forum and support type, I have read "DO NOT uninstall the game or else you will lose everything" so here I am....what to do?

I have a wireless only 16gb ipad mini on iOS version 7.0.4. I have 2.0 gb of free space still available.

They are telling people to submit tickets explaining your problem. Although from what I hear it seems like a lottery whether answer or not.

How do you submit a ticket? I thought you had to create a new forum question under support?

Yeah, good luck with tech support. I'm guessing they are too busy worrying about their $$. I've had the same problem, submitted tickets and now we wait. Probably the most unresponsive group I've ever encountered.
To all the rest of you, don't bother wasting your money on this fiasco.

I hoping a admin will respond to this thread and give us a clue on what to do. I have been stuck at 3/4 download for two weeks and I do not want to delete the game and start over.

I figured out how to submit a ticket and I did so. It's been almost a week and I heave not heard anything from them. I'm hoping they email me with instruction how to fix the issue of only being able to download 3/4 the update.

hoping if I keep writing something on this post the GludAdmin will write back with an answer. I have tried to open the game every day and yesterday there was an additional update to deer hunter, The game realized it need now two updates and the progress bar showed more than 3mb like it did when the first update failed to update and got stuck at 3/4 downloaded. Now with the addittional update the file shows it being 5mb but the update still stops near the end of the download process.
