Only able to buy 1 special item refill...

in DH 2014 General Discussion
It's in the specials box where you can buy 2 mating calls, 2 batteries, 2 energy drinks and 2 hollow points. You can only buy this once why? This should be unlimited uses otherwise what good is it.
