not updating my progress when i swap phones

my phone needs to go in for repair hence a reformat so im trying to keep my game progress. so ive loaded it up on another phone to test my save and im only level 20 with a lot less progress and weapons on my other phone but im currently level 37 not sure how i fix this phones being used are samsunsung s4 and s3
