Weapon upgrade

I am trying complete region 5. I only have the last polar bear to kill to complete trophy hunt to move on to next region. The hunt requires a 99.0 stability on rifle . There are upgrades on my rifle or any other rifle that I see in the store to upgrade to. What are my options

The rifle I used was the Grantham Huntsman (Region 6) which maxes out at 99.2% stability. It's an expensive beast though, and unsurprisingly expensive to upgrade.
