Missing Glu Credits--1125 for $29.99

I have a HTC ONE Android phone and just purchased 1125 glu credits monthly-pack 41 for Deer Hunter 2014. 750 glu credits + 375 free=1125. The $29.99 charge is on my card. I have zero credits listed on my game currently and I have restarted my phone + app multiple times + installed the glu credit resotore. Google Play transaction ID 12999763169054705758.1336718796224336. Please help!
