Deer Hunter 2014..level 5 crashes

I am at level 5 and keep attempting to go to trophy icon.. It Takes my -2 from the bar on top and boom crash..also level 5 sections none of them have any icon pictures.. Any of them that I try to play they - the bars that is needed 1 or 2 then that section crashed redstart the app still no icon pics on level 5.. I read Gul support page did ALL THE STEPS AND NO IMPROVEMENT THE SAME.. I lost about 20 bars already.. If I reinstall the app I WILL LOSE EVERYTHING I BROUGHT AND PLAYED FOR.. It happen before back up every thing and reinstall the app & I had to start all over !!! That time I was almost finish with region 6 and a bunch of cash..!!
I do not want that to happen again.,
