Club Hunts are not available at the moment, I think because their servers can't handle the load, so you can't participate in those until they're available again. Currently nothing is available after Region 6 although Region 7 is supposed to be coming out "soon". I heard one report of a December 4th release, but that has come and gone. I have no idea, and nobody from the company is giving specifics, about when the new region will come. But we do think it's going to happen soon.
I would suggest continuing to play the game and start making as much money as you possibly can. Some people have over $1m dollars from playing repeated contract hunts. I'm at about 350k and am getting sick and tired of them. However, when the new region does come out, having money will allow you to buy the guns you will need. It's likely that you will need a better rifle and a better shotgun, especially for the latter half of Region 7. So just make money, earn coins in case you need them for specialized guns, and wait.
