Ipad iOS updated Christmas and lost 11 levels and no longer shows progress

Hi, the game appears to be working fine but I lost 11 levels from 40 to 29. Managed to go go forward to level 30 and now it no longer shows progress and stays at 30. I have reset gem, logged in and out of Game Center and reset my ipad. Nothing works. I contacted GLU and they Sid "not our problem". Apparently it is because everything was fine before the update. Where else do I go for help?

This happened to me as well but the next few times I logged in it was back to the right level. So maybe keep trying.

When the holiday update came out I lost 11 levels. I dropped to level 33. But the next day I was back where I should be, level 44. I didn't do anything different it just worked itself out.

Yep, logged in and everything is back to normal. Guess they figured it out. Thank each of you for your responses.
