Using Rare Calls, does the region matter? Any good finds on rare hunts?

I have done a few rare hunts but got nothing but money. Have people gotten guns from rare hunts? Does it matter which region you use your rare call? Right now I have a region 6 rifle and shotgun and region 4 assault rifle. Should I stick with region 6 rare hunts?

I have gotten 2 handguns in rare hunts on the lower regions,been hunting region 6 for awhile haven't got anything

I haven't got anything yet was wondering what others got, mAybe take screenshots of your new guns or tell us what is cool about them.

I just won a Region 3 pistol. Nothing fancy, just one of the standard Region 3 guns. Kinda neat considering I'm in Region 2....again.

I won that same pistol not useful for high regions though. I want the big guns they should gold guns to use in these ridiculous hunts

I'd like to get a region 7 or 8 shotgun just to use in the holiday hunts see if that would work on some of these impossible hunts finding a lot of levels where the last kill is never in range.

we should be able to win guns that would actually help us, and maybe win gold as well.

I just used a rare call, and killed randy the raindeer with a brain shot. Killed him, and won a nice region 8 assault rifle, or rifle. Didn't get to see what it was. Then all my progress and the gun disappeared. Tried it again, and anything I do jut gets reset the next time I start the game. Really makes me mad. All the time and effort I put into it, and I can't even play anymore. Anyone else have this happen?

Yes, we are aware of the saving progress issue and we have been working on a fix. An Android update is available, and iOS is awaiting approval from Apple.

The issue was not corrected on Android. I purchased the holiday shotgun this morning after I downloaded the update. I did a hunt, and then the game crashed. When I started up again, the gun I purchased was gone, and so was the gold I spent on it. I sent in a claim ticket, but still no response.
