Cloud Network Problems

I have DH2014 on my Samsung Note II...seems that the cloud network for this game is having some issues cause I keep losing all of my progress everytime I re-start the game (after depleting all my energy). I think I have been stuck on the same re-set for the past 2 days...and have lost all upgrades to my weapons. Anyone else having this problem?

FYI - I don't even get a prompt to use the saved version on my device...and I don't see any options to save to my device in the options section. If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.
