game freezing

After every hunt, my game freezes, I have to force kill the app. And restart it everytime. Is there a cure for this?

    Not that anyone has found. They fixed it once after the last patch its broken again.

    Mine is doing the same thing. After each hunt, it locks up and i have to kill the game and restart it.
