Hitting fire but doesn't shoot

Anybody else having the issue of.. Every now and then when u just so happen to be gaining some ground.. go to a hunt..push fire..no dice!! You push push push..it may shoot May not then u fail the hunt! Pretty crappy glu

This still happens to me I have to close out all other apps that are open and restart deer hunter.
