We have been following closely the widespread challenges occurring with updates and the bugs specific to individual users. We understand that it can be frustrating to have so many different issues making it difficult to play the game you are enjoying. We also understand that it can be frustrating not to have answers for your questions.
As you know, we aren't able to provide answers if we don't have them and we do our best to get them to you in a timely manner if the dev team is responsive. Often they are working around the clock to fix the very issues you are reporting.
Reading through the threads, there are a lot of similar issues, there are some things that seem to have been solved, and some that persist even after the updates. In order for us to fully document these issues, please submit a Customer Care ticket. The forums are an informal way of discussing issues with other players, but the ticketing system provides the complete documentation of the issue including your device, OS and everything else the team needs to replicate and verify the issue. As some of you have noted, tickets are sometimes marked as resolved and closed- if your issue is not resolved, simply reply with additional information, and the ticket will be reopened.
If you have issues that persist that you want to discuss in the forums, please always note what device/OS you're on and ensure you've updated to the most recent version of the game. However, please be aware that we have no visibility into your account here, so any currency/billing issues must go through Customer Care tickets.
