Fix this stupid game

How long does it take to fix these glitches? The game isn't playable anymore. I just lost a handful of rare calls because the game freezes on the begin screen or right after the gun is drawn. It's been like this for how long now? Over three weeks? I've wasted too much money on this game only to find out my level 6-7 rifle that kills hippos, lions and rhinos in levels 6 and 7 can't kill a jackal in level 7. Are you ever going to fix these glitches or at least give us a time frame? Hopefully other people don't waste their money and time on this game.
