tips for taking out arctic wolfs

Struggling killing the arctic wolfs on region 5. Have got the appropriate shotgun and rifle for this level which im mid way though upgrading. Any thing doing wrong or can try please

Try and get a head shot on the first one or two if you can with your rifle, that will drop them. Switch to shotgun; get one blast while they are out a bit, then a second blast in the face as they attack.

Cheers for the reply. Think I've nailed it. Like you said take one out from long range, then keep calm when they attack and aim for either brain lung or heart as they jump for you

Loving the region 8 assault rifle. Takes out region 6 wolves with one head shot!
