Has anybody else lost the Special's packages ( energy drinks, duck calls, hallow points and special hunt calls) ?

I tried to buy one of the packages the other day and they were suddenly gone a message appeared saying they had been removed and to check back, but when I un installed the game and re installed it before restoring my game from the cloud the special packages were there.
