I saved $450,000 bucks for the level 9 assault rifle, the rapier hound,and it went on sale for 400 gold but no cash option. I can't pay for it with bucks now, only gold. Will I get another chance to pay for it with bucks?

I have no idea about the sales. But if you complete the region 9 pistol event you will win the region 10 assault rifle.
