Upgrades purchased but still can't get in trophy hunt

I'm new on this forum and just started dh2014 a month or so ago. Really enjoying it. I am in region 5 in Alaska and need to get the last trophy to move on. My rifle is upgraded to what is required but I'm being told it still needs upgrading. Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. My rifle is PHC model e100
