How or where do you get campaign codes?

I,ve searched google and this forum but no results. does any one know how or where do you get campaign codes?

    There are a couple of threads circulating on this- but basically they are occasional promotions that happen which we advertise on our social pages and here. But there aren't any going on right now in DH14.
