Unknown error : error code 24

While installing and updating to the latest version on Google Play, error code above occurs, can't proceed.
Gave up to install new update and then just try to launch old version already installed on my device, all I see is 'NOT INSATALLED' pop up from the device.
Uninstalled old one and try again to install new one, got same error code 24.
Any help?
Any note would be appreciated. I got no idea at all.
I am on Galaxy S4 / 4.2.2 / AT&T
