Level 9 zebra assault rifle bounty?

Except for the first hunting series hunt I have not seen another zebra. I've completed a lot of contact hunts, but no zebras.
Are there zebra hunts in the contact hunts?
And if so, are they a rarity?
Do I need to fail the zebra hunt until I fill my bounty?

For me they were a rarity; at some point I would get several in a row and then none forever again.
