Upgrades jus arrived for my ROthman Postville....

My phone jus went crazy with notifications for Open Season, Isle Of Thule, & the last 6 upgrades for my Pitbull I purchased a month ago.. Yet my game still (after a month) won't load passed the "Preparing Deer Hunter" screen. I've submitted multiple tickets, rebooted, & anything else you can think of 2 Help! Please GLU!!!!!
