Beware of the Fraudulant Practices if Glu and TapJoy

Beware of Tapjoy and Glu's fraudulant practices. I received an offer for a rifle to buy at a reduced price. 89% off! It was a Hauer Cog for 189 gold. I Went to tapjoy and bought Flowers for Mother's Day, For my Wife, double wammie Right!
I never got my Gold and on top of that when I sent a claim , Tapjoy has no record if it. Convenient electronic glitch right?
Beware of their tactics Folks!!! It is like everything else bait and switch or cut off your head!!!

    Did you ever get proof that you bought the flowers from the flower company? All you have to do is send the conformation email or screen shot to Tapjoy. I have done this twice and got my gold within a few days. You just have to give the requested info to Tapjoy.

    I sent my receipt from ProFlowers and PayPal and online evidence. They say its Proflowers and Proflowers says its Tapjoy. He said she said. I am not lying, not gonna go to Hell over a little Gold but I'll never let it go. They basically are calling me that because of a glitch that didn't mark it in Tapjoys thingy. They just don't wanna pay the advertising fee or something. I'll never do it again. I paid $16.98 more than if I'd just gone to the local store and had them do it. I was getting the double wammie, Gold and Flowers!! Little did I know that they are crooks!!!!

    Did Tapjoy request anything else? Just give them the information they asked for when they replied to your trouble ticket. I have done it twice on offers that I did and got my gold.

    Keep in mind that some offers are delayed until the item ships. It will usually say that on the offer page.

    Support bottom of glu offers normally request a screen shot validation I recommend avoiding anything that requires a subscription

    I have sent everything to them and yes they made me register on ProFlowers before buying.

    Also I got another email saying call Pro plants or ProFlowers and they have to take care of it. I called them and email them and I get the reply you have to talk to tapjoy. It is a three ring circus of scamming. No one wants to admit there was a glitch and something screwed up and they need to fix it!

    I'll try to make it a bit more clear for you: Imagine you order a product from a television infomercial. In this example, ProFlowers would be the supplier of the product you've purchased, Tapjoy is the television network that presented the infomercial to you, and Glu is your television set. Does that help clarify the matter?
    Nice talk made me feel all warm inside.

    The problem is the TV station and the Network are in cahoots and won't fix it!
    The infomercial delivered the flowers I ordered through the network on that exact TV😜! WOW figure that out!

    Yes! I know that. It was real money I spent. It was actually $16.98 more than if I'd just gone to the local Florist!
    It is nothing for them to make it right!!
    But they are not in the market of doing Right!
    So how long you been with the gaming industry?

    Why do you think I am in the gaming industry? I have submitted 2 requests to get my gold through Tapjoy and gave them the requested information. And got my gold within a few days. So either you got an employee who sucks at their job or you didn't give them the requested information. In either case resubmit the information and hopefully you will get your gold.

    They got ALL the information and more! They even threaten to ban me because I was sending to much information. Bad employee! But I got through to Customer Service ( for the fourth time) at ProFlowers and he squeezed some juice out. Got my Gold this afternoon. They can do it when they want to. It is only the right thing to do. They know and can track this stuff!!

    Next time just give them what they ask for. It would save you a lot of time.

    Glad to hear you got your credits. Did ProFlowers make that happen or Tapjoy?
