Playing on FB

I don’t have a FB account so I’m not very familiar with it. The Mrs. Does and I was hoping to set up DH2014. I looked around a bit, but no luck setting it up. Can someone please explain in simple detail (like I’m a child or Golden Retriever:D) how to do this?

Facebook has a search bar at the very top of your home page. Just type "Deer Hunter 2014" into that, and go to the page. Select "play now" and the game will ask for permissions, then download. Especially since it's your wife's account, be sure and select "only me," where it asks who can see updates. You don't want all her friends to see nothing but what you shot today in her feed.

And by the way, it's GREAT on a computer monitor. I haven't played on my phone since discovering it on Facebook.

I also enjoy playing on FB. Because FB is usually a week or so behind on updates, it gives me a chance to scope things out on my Ipad first.

And if your PC is hooked up to your TV, it is even better!!

how does free gold work on FB? I see it says it in the bottom right by the play button, And I am guessing you get some for inviting friends?

Basically I am just asking if it is plentiful cause I am on iOS, you would perfectly know the comparison since you have ipad aswell

There are no videos for gold on FB. Lots of apps, surveys, and other deals though. The difficulty in obtaining free gold is about the biggest drawback to playing on FB...otherwise I prefer to play on FB. I was up to about 1200 Gold at one time, but after purchasing some guns and just plain impatience my stash has dwindled a bit.

So you just havent been trying to get gold, I have done that reward tv one a few times, but i think it only gives me 12 or so gold on iOS30 is pretty good lol also you might as well play that casino game

I usually am not in the mood to do those things either, just the vids. But when an event comes up and you are short on gold oowiiee I jump all over those !

@ blue ridge. Okay, that was easy. Thanks. I must admit playing on FB is pretty good. Big sound with the PC speakers and subwoof, and way better than a tiny 2 x 3.5 phone screen. Might have to actually open a FB (someone please kill me if I start friending people or turn into a hipster) page for myself, just for DH2014 before the Mrs. kills me for using hers.

@ Tdub. Very cool on the TV. I might have to set that up.

Just FYI, I have never gotten that "Free Gold" bar by the Play button. For whatever reason (region, browser, etc.), I have never had any chance for free gold outside of bounties and completing levels.

I had that problem when I used IE...I switched to Google Chrome.

Another cool thing about playing on FB is if you hold the button down on the mouse, your weapon will rapid fire.

I am on Chrome. And as for the rapid fire, the only time I've experienced that was using a pistol when being attacked. It sure doesn't work (for me) when the animals are farther out.

If you have Adblock Plus installed on your browser, the free offers will not appear for you.

Even if I allow DH14? I'm guessing so, since I'm pretty sure I white-listed it. Thanks for clearing that up.
