Doe, a deer, a female deer
Ray, a drop of golden sun
Me, a name I call myself
Far, a long, long way to run
    Sew, a needle pulling thread
La, a note to follow Sew
Tea, a drink with jam and bread
That will bring us back to Do (oh-oh-oh)
    Drink more beer.

Well, to his credit, the deer question has not been asked for a few weeks.

Bossman71, please read the faq at the top of the forum. This is the single most asked question and, as you can see by the reactions, people are a little tired of seeing it.

I believe it had to do with the improper use of the plural form of deer. A deer, six deer. There is no such thing as deers, although, I believe there is such a thing as dears. Who dreamed up this language anyway! English is ridiculous!

Problem with English is that it is an amalgamation of several different languages (Saxon, Latin, Celtic, Norman, etc.), each which bring their own characteristics.

Yeah, it was the plural thing. Deers, elks, not a big deal just a little funny.
