Cannot download any new regions iPhone 5

Tornado1Tornado1 New MemberRegistered Users 7 Posts
I have Deer Hunter 2014 version 2.2.0 installed on my iPhone 5 using IOS 7.0.4

I can launch and play the first region with no issues but am unable to download any region after the 1st one. Each time I try to download a new region a message pops up saying the download couldn't complete and to check my internet connection.

1. My internet connection is very strong.
2. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times with no fix
3. I've signed in/out of Game Center several times along with cleaning my internet files and cookies with no fix
4. I've attempted to download new regions in Safe Mode with no success

Can someone please help me in resolving this problem?

I updated to IOS 7.1.2 but it didn't resolve the issue. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the game again.

I went to the App Store and downloaded Dino Hunter: Deadly Shores and was able to download regions as I progressed so I don't know why I can't with Deer Hunter.

I can download regions in Dino Hunter but not Deer Hunter.

    Any ideas?

I get this a lot in China. Are you in the US? The server connections are sometimes a bit spotty.

Yes I'm in the US. And it just got a bit weirder: I was able to "pre-load" regions 4 and 5 but not 3. And even tho the game has told me region 2 is unlocked and gives me the diwnload button it will not complete the download.

So basically I'm able to play region 1 and cannot advance any further. Nice.

How much free room does your device have?

Ok .. I'll submit a trouble ticket. Question: how do I submit a trouble ticket? I'm sorry for needing this spoon fed to me but I looked for a link and couldn't find one.

BTW .. I have 13Gb available free space so that shouldn't be an issue

    EDIT
I located the email address for IOS users to submit tickets

submit a ticket directly to the Customer Care Team by sending an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem. Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.

Sent my Help Ticket 10 days ago .. received acknowledgment from them 9 days ago saying I'd have an answer in 24-48 hours .. still waiting.

    That's awesome
