Did the (iOS) prices increase? I quite often get a glitch where the prices shown are the dollar prices, not pounds, but they're now somewhere in the middle...

On 1st Jan 2015, the EU removed the loophole that allows companies like apple and google to base digital downloads in countries with low VAT.

Now they must charge the VAT for the country in which the customer resides.

They used to use Luxembourg because it's VAT rate is 3% but now they must use the customer's VAT rate. So if you are in the UK that will be 20%.

This means that you will see an increase in or digital purchase not just deer hunter gold. The net increase will be around the 16.5% mark but will vary slightly up or down to suit the price points.
