Infrared not working?

Hi All, I am new to the game but having problems with Infrared - on some hunts and all bow hunts, IR does not work when pressing 'X'

Anyone else have this problem?

    The Glu team doesn't always read these forums. Submit a customer care ticket and make sure you say what platform you are playing on.
