Island of thule

For the last couple of months I have been trying to load the map for the Island of Thule. This map is in the hidden region. Every time I select the hidden region and go to map two (Island of Thule), the game freezes. How do get the map to load? I have already won map pieces.

    What platform are you playing? Crashes usually indicate low memory. I just downloaded Thule a few weeks ago on iOS with no issues.

    Restart your device (Home + Power) and try again. It sounds like memory. iOS is usually problem free.

    I restarted my device and deleted about 100 messages,most with pictures. The hidden Island of Thule still will not load the map.
