Bounties Rhinoplasty

I have completed the two required hunts in region 15. I am now going after the Rhinoplasty Bounty. I cannot find any of them and I have looked for hours. Are they available under the contract hunts in region 15?

    Contract hunts....

    If you don't feel like waiting each time, then wait for a rhino hunt and just keep failing it.

    Finally got a rino now nolonger getting lynks in reg 16 i guess im only allowd to wrk on 1 bounty at a time

    If you want ...shoot all but one of the bounty critter.....

    Then fail the hunt, repeat until bounty compete.
