Region 18 and hidden region can't download

I am already update deer hunter 2014 on ios after update i can't download region 18 and hidden region section, if i want to download region 18 the game freeze also at hidden region section. Anobody can help?

    Did you get the data file update after the App store update? If not, open the game and wait for the App Needs to Restart message.

    I am already do that but still can't download. I am wait until more than one hours and nothing happen.
    I get the data after update from app store.
