elite series unhuntable on older device

Working region 3 elite hunt.....got up 2 hunt 21 with lung shots on wolves....my Samsung note 2 will not pan fast enough even when using sports drink.. ...over 20 attempts with 12 sports drinks and various weapons...I become wolf snack food at full speed and get kills with sports drink but device not fast enough 2 get lung shots....may have 2 abandon elite series without completing....I expect region 4 elite series 2 be even more difficult....
