what device are you playing on? you are probably missing an update if on ios or android. Go to the respective store. If you are on facebook, clear your cache.
By the way, no one can tell from your post what country you are from, so we don't know.
Thanks Casajr. I'm using Android, as well, I had remove it and re-install again today from Google play store, all my data still remain as same, just that it is still crashed. By the way, I live in Malaysia.
If you have an older device, the game may have outgrown it. My 1st gen iPad mini also crashes frequently and stutters badly. My iPhone 6 works well. I think it is processor/memory related.
I think all regions get released simultaneously. I know I get my updates in China when everyone else does and at least one frequent poster in Thailand get's his. It may take 24 hours to migrate the worldwide servers, but should not be longer than that.
But, it maybe about 2 weeks for new upgrade in Malaysia. Like previous update for hidden region 6. I had check all forum about it, every body already update, but I had wait 2 more weeks for the new update.
I hope it won't take more time for the region 19 in Malaysia, coz I can't wait for the new hunt any more. Thanks for your advice, Casajr.
Like casajr said, you’re just down the road from me and I’m updated with everyone else. There was a thread about a year ago about clearing some folders on your device in order to get updates. It worked for me, but I can’t seem to find that thread now. I’ll keep looking and post if I find it.
BTW: Great street food in Kaula Lumpur. Plenty of nice spicy food and tall bottles on Heineken.
It's OK Sunny Thai, thanks for your concern.Finally, my game can be updates to the latest version, just finished updates. Now I can start hunt in region 19. It is really slow for Malaysia server, compares to others country.
