Stuck in region R35

I seem to be stuck in region 35 on my Kindle Fire. I completed the Trophy Hunts but no progress. Others on this post are in R36...37...38. I've tried support but, well, they're s...l...o...w...! Anyone else experience this? I reloaded several times.
