DH 2014 region 39 let down?

Is it only me who's very disappointed with region 39 payouts being the same as regions 37 & 38? Surely the payouts for the contract hunts, and the other two to be honest should be much higher? I couldn't play it until the 23rd as it didn't download and then completed it (apart from half the bow series) in a few hours. Surely contract hunts should be up to at least 175 million to 200 million per hunt by now? Kind of makes you wonder why you spent all that time on regions 37&38 collecting as many dollars as possible, doing the same hunts countless times just for the same rewards?
