Can't purchase permits or gold or $,,,,,keep getting transaction failed

I am trying to purchase permits to activate the club hunts or purchase $ to buy more upgrades, but I keep getting transaction failed. I am working of a IPAD.

Anyone have an answer?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your message. the error you are seeing is an Apple iTunes store error. This usually means that something is wrong with your billing. Could be missing billing information or not logged in with the correct account or some other billing combination. You will have to check your iTunes account to see if you can resolve it or contact iTunes support for more help.
