When will android be receiving the update to region 4/5?

Title is basically the question
I love this game and i am basically wanting to know when the region 4/5 is coming
to Android

I seriously don't know if i can waiting any longer
it's killing me watching my friends play all the new regions on their Iphones/Ipads, And because
i have a samsung galaxy S4 on android i don't have the updates yet :(

    I would think it will take longer for the android update as there are so many devices to test it on and work out the bugs.

    I have galaxy note 2 an when I downloaded the first time It only went to the third region after I completed I un installed an downloaded again afew day later wanting to do them over an on the second download region 4 was there also all progress was lost fyi
