Trophy Hunt Region 3 Problem

Hi, Everytime i try the Trophy Hunt on region 3 i lose 2 energy then the screen shows loading then crashes. How do i fix this? Is there an update to fix this problem? I read from threads that others downloaded the game again but they loose their progress and rifles they bought..

Please Help!
