  Help us!!! Same thing to me as well, android. It still shows all my achievements in my Google, but not on the game, I want to continue playing, but afteriI've lost $50 and a lot of time invested, I need help retreiving thks,. Please help.

  Exactly the same happened with me.. I was in Level 5 and now I am back to Level 2,..Kindly resolve..

  The same happened here. I was level 14 on region 3 with over 80k and lost it all. What can I do to get that progress back other than hunting my way back to it?

  same issue. level 11 and 45k , lost progress and back to level 3, third time i had to start from scratch, sick of this. >=(

  Same here I was enjoying game till now I was lvl 10 now I am back to 6 lost all my progress

  ME TOO!!!!!!! I WAS AT LEVEL 17!!!! Now I'm AT 11......Wth??? I saved to cloud as usual, I thought this saved the progress. Still have all achievements on google!!!!!
  All thay Time Lost..... and notice how no one from GLU is responding.!!!!!!!Way to go, shows real pride in your work...NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

  Submit a ticket be very detailed and they should be able to help you out. I would be pissed if I lost all my game progress as well.
