progressed lost

hi,
upon logging in, I found that most of my progress had been erased. I lost my gold coins, reverted back to previous stages and levels that I've already passed. I've also lost my guns. what's odd is that I still have my achievements (ie 100 kills in Alaska).

please help!

    I'm guessing you saved in the cloud. Bad idea.

    Thanx for the response. if I did, it was intentional. Does that mean there is no remedy?

    wow. that's pretty absurd. these guys don't seem to have their sh#t together. if they can't get me back to where I was, I'm done with it. no way I'm going back and redoing everything.

    i have lost too... the question to cloud or local data just appear when i received guns update. thats make me wrong button than i back to level 13, lost my guns, glu.
    thats make me angre n bad mood.
    but when i play before i always use local data n i saw on that question that my data is same as my local. but why when i press cloud data make take me to the previous level???
