Lost half my stuff!!

I didnt lose everything but i went from level 12 in South Africa with 25k+ and 4 weapons almost all of them completely maxed out with upgrades down to level 9 with a little over $7k and back to region 2 with my original 2 guns all when i was asked to save local or cloud now they asked me about this option twice the first time i chose cloud and all was fine however the 2nd time this happened is there anyway to regain my items?!?!?!

    Having the same problem in the new holiday hunts every time the game starts up again all my previous money and kills are gone

    I have the same problem I spent money for rare calls twice and earned all of the rare hunt guns & have lost them. Can someone help me.Ive spent a lot of money & don't know what to do to get my stuff back.Please help
