Guns not firing when pressing buttons...

This just started an hour ago, this game is unplayable especially on these holiday hunts. Please help somebody. I would like to get those special guns but this won't work this way.

    Having the same problem & it SUCKS!! Possible to remove update or is there a fix?

    Having same issues ugh " is there a fix ? Been playing a couple weeks was up to level 14 lost everything stared over but with the Christmas stuff seems to have caused the problems

    My guns fire I'm having issues with the game keeps resetting and I keep losing all my progress and money
