Ok...I killed Blitzen. Now what?

Ive read where several people have killed Blitzen and got a Region 8 assault rifle. I killed all 8 of Santas reindeer (in order per the song) up to and including Blitzen and NOTHING. Does Rudolph make an appearance perhaps? Just felt like I got screwed...well over 40 lv. 6 rare hunts, did what I thought was needed for the assault rifle but came up empty handed.....BAH HUMBUG!!

    You have to put up with the "features" of DH2014 like everyone else:
    Lose Cash after pausing your game!
    Lose Gold after pausing your game!!
    Lose Rankings after pausing your game!!!
    Hey Glu: nice gameplay, textures, realism... but ya gotta FIX IT!!!
