Lost Everything! And No Response from Customer Service!

With the previous update, the game crashed on startup (as has been previously echoed by others). I uninstalled and reinstalled the app however now all is gone. I had great guns, all achievements (which are still showing in Game Center) and a ton of cash.
I submitted a Help ticket and the reply stated I would get a reply within 2-5 days. Nope. Not a word.
Can anyone tell me if I will be able to get my goods back? Obviously Glu isn't interested in helping.
