level 8 assault rifle...can I get it back?

I won the Level 8 assault rifle yesterday after killing Randy the Red nose reindeer. I upgraded it about 1/2 the way and lost it. I have tried this morning to get it back after the update. I killed Randy again since the update and still no assault rifle. Please help. Thanks.

    welcome to the world of glu. Give them your time, give them your money, earn the rewards as they have designed, see them taken away. Get a nice GFYS from support as they laugh their way to the bank. Oh and don't bother opening a ticket, they haven't responded to those in weeks because there are too many to respond to.
