Getting free Glu credits after downloading apps

Anybody not getting credited their Glu credits after downloading apps? For the most part, I get credit for watching the videos (unless the game decides to freeze...then no credit), but Ive got about a 50/50 chance of getting credits for the free offers for d/l apps...sometimes I get credit-sometimes not. I did try one of the survey offers, got no credit for it either....
---Lost Region 8 assault rifle that I won from using Rare calls that I PAID for
---Dont receive Glu credits for d/l apps
---Game constantly freezing
---No help from cust. support (turned in several tickets for getting the assault rifle back-no response)
Why do I continue to play this game??

Game freezes all the time. I'm almost done with region 5 for about the 5th time. Probably my last unless they fix some stuff.
