Limit to rare hunts?

Is there a fixed number for rare hunts in every region or are they endless like the contract hunts?

    Never bothered to find out if they continue. After I've won the weapon for that region I've just moved elsewhere!

    They seem endless. I got all weapons from them quite awhile back, and since then I still get rare hunts open up for me from time to time. I like it, considering doing a rare hunt takes no energy ;)

    Now I've looked for them they do seem to still appear randomly. Just shot down 10 flying reindeer in region 6! Looking at the sale price of the 4-6 assault rifle (now 80% off) these hunts won't be with us much longer...

    I've received all guns from rare hunts.. They don't stop and you don't get anything extra, you'll usually get flying reindeer or snowman for cash after receiving rare weapon.
